Fateweaver - MTG - Through the Omenpaths

Finally! Here’s my very first Magic card ever!
I painted Fateweaver for the new set Through the Omenpaths, released on Magic Arena.

This piece was inspired by the spider Maratus constellatus. I had a blast exploring its colors and shapes while mixing fractals and constellations to create a cosmic spectacle.

I can’t thank Sam Padilla enough for giving me this incredible assignment.
And as a bonus, this illustration was also used on Arena’s homepage screen!
